Euro rate drops below $0.9859 for the first time since 2002

Moscow, SANA-The euro rate fell below $0.9859 against the dollar for the first time since December 2002, according to data from Forex Capital Markets.

As of 09:01 pm Moscow time, the euro-to-dollar rate was $0.9811. As of 09:11 pm Moscow time, the euro-to-dollar rate was $0.9826.
