“Christians immigration is not a destiny”, National Syrian Forum says

Damascus, SANA- The National Syrian Forum called on Syrian Christians to stay home and not allowing terrorists organizations, backed by regional and foreign powers, to implement western and Zionist schemes and achieve their goal of displacing Christians.

The call came during a session held on Saturday by the forum at the Holy Cross Syrian Church and dubbed “Christians immigration is not a destiny”.

Fayez Alsayegh, Head of the Parliamentary Information and Communications Committee asserted that the Takfiri terrorists, who perpetrated massacres against the civilians including Christians in every area they entered, aim at displacing them not only from their homes but from the whole East.

He called on the Christians to adhere to the homeland and not to be tools for implementing the West’s goals aiming at emptying all the East from Christians who form a basic component of it.

Lebanese researcher, Mickael Awad pointed out that Syria is home for all Syrians, and Christians should defend their history and homeland to be preserved during the war waged against Syria since four years ago, calling on Christians to stay in Syria and not to seek immigration.
