Provinces, SANA_ The Army carried out Saturday a number of successful operations against armed terrorist groups in different Syrians cities and towns, killing several terrorists, some of them of foreign nationalities.
Units of the armed forces killed many terrorists affiliated to Jabhat al-Nusra organization and destroyed some of their vehicles in the northern countryside of Lattakia.
SANA reporter quoted a military source as saying that army units targeted several gatherings of terrorists in the areas of Sahet al-Kurd, Tertiah and Droushan, leaving many of the terrorists dead and wounded.
The operations resulted also in the destruction of two vehicles which the terrorists were using, one of them was loaded with weapons and ammunition, while the other was equipped with a heavy machine gun, according to the source.
The source also said that Khaled al-Sayyad and Ahmad Abdoun, who are leaders in Jabhat al-Nusra, were identified among the killed terrorists.
Army units killed numbers of terrorists and injured others during operations that targeted areas in the villages and towns of Qmeinas, al-Mjas, Bezzit and al-Bsheiriyeh in the countryside of Idleb, according to a military source.
The source told SANA reporter that another army unit targeted and destroyed a vehicle equipped with a heavy machine on M’arbalit-Kaflata road, killing all the terrorists who were aboard it.
A military source told SANA reporter that army units killed a number of terrorists, some of them non-Syrians, in Khan al-Shih, Damascus countryside.
Jordanian terrorist Sa’d Mohammed al-Qalat, Moroccan terrorist Mohamed Ali Tuban and Egyptian terrorist Abdul-Wahab al-Husni were identified among the dead.
Five cars with all terrorists inside them were also destroyed.
SANA reporter said the army cleared the area from al-Mleiha northern farms to the south of Wadi Tirma of terrorists and killed and injured numbers of them.
The army units targeted and destroyed a hideout for ISIS terrorists in Adra al-Balad, two hideouts for terrorists in Erbeen and Zamalka, and clashed with terrorists in Joubar neighborhood where terrorists’ hideouts were destroyed and many of them were left dead.
Meanwhile, other army units destroyed terrorists’ hideouts in the eastern mountains of al-Zabadani and killed dozens of non-Syrian terrorists in a series of operations in the area of al-Abbasa and on Zakya-Khan al-Sheikh road.
Meanwhile, the Army targeted gatherings of terrorists in Homs and countryside, killing a number of them and wounding many others.
A military source told SANA that the Army killed many terrorists in al-Wae’r in Homs and eliminated many others in al-Faw, Rahoum, Arshouna and al-Sultaniya in Homs Eastern countryside.
The source added that other army units killed terrorists in al-Rastan and Tal Dhab in al-Houla in Homs countryside.
Army units also thwarted terrorists’ attempt to infiltrate from al-Qahtaniyah toward al-Quneitra crossroads, killing and wounding a number of them and destroying three vehicles for them.
Army units eliminated many terrorists and injured others while targeting their gatherings in Rasm al-Burghul, Harsh al-Kharrar, Ein al-Darb, Majdouliye, and Mumtanna.
A military source told SANA reporter that army units inflicted heavy losses upon terrorists in the villages of Um al-Qura, south Mare’, Halisa, east of al-Safira, al-Jbailiyeh, Aqiol, al-Mashhad, Naqarin and in al-Ameria in Aleppo and its countryside and destroyed their vehicles.
In the same context, the Army killed many terrorists while storming their gatherings in a number of Daraa areas and countryside.
A military source told SANA that units of the Army killed terrorists at al-Karak
Neighborhood and near Syriatel building in Daraa al-Balad, foiling their attempt to infiltrate into military points in Daraa countryside.
The source added that other Army units targeted terrorists in Enkhil.
A military source told SANA that an army units repelled an attempted attack by terrorists on a military site in Tal al-Khedr in Daraa countryside, leaving dozens of terrorists dead or injured.
The source said that another unit eliminated many terrorists while targeting their gatherings in Abu Yassin al-Hariri farm and the farms surrounding Tal al-Khedr, destroying three vehicles equipped with heavy machineguns along with the terrorists on board.
Other units targeted terrorist gatherings and hideouts in the towns of al-Msaifra, Maaraba, al-Jiza, and Bosra al-Cham in Daraa’s eastern countryside, eliminating a number of them and destroying their vehicles, in addition to eliminating terrorists and injuring others in a hill west of al-Sharia point near Tal Arar, destroying two heavy machineguns.
Army units also eliminated a number of terrorists, injured others, and destroyed two heavy machineguns and a mortar launcher around the town of Atman, in addition to destroying a car equipped with a machinegun near al-Horani farm, eliminating the terrorists inside it.
A source from Deir Ezzor province told SANA’s correspondent that army units eliminated many terrorists, some of them non-Syrians, in the neighborhoods of al-Rashdiye, al-Ardi, and al-Huwaiqa in Deir Ezzor city, including Saudi terrorist Qais al-Enezi.
