Vienna, SANA – Facebook social networking site is facing a lawsuit filed by thousands of people for violating their privacy and spying on millions around the world.
Reuters News Agency mentioned that the lawsuit was filed by an Austrian law student before Vienna Court along with 17 thousands people mostly from Europe.
The Austrian student called upon 1 billion users of Facebook to join the lawsuit, demanding a financial compensation estimated at USD 670 for each Facebook user for spying on their private data.
