Muscat, SANA- Syria’s Al-Jaish football team beat Oman’s Al Suwaiq counterpart 1-0 in its second match within group A of the 2017 AFC Cup held in the Omani capital of Muscat.
Al-Jaish rose its points to 6 points, topping group A.
It beat Jordan’s al-Ahli 1-0 in the first match of the same group.
Earlier, Syrian al-Wahdah football team beat Lebanese al-Safaa 2-0 in the Group B of the same championship.
Al-Wahda also raised its points to 6, leading group B.
