Moscow, SANA- Director of UNHCR’s Regional Bureau for the Middle East and North Africa Amin Awad said that terrorists are using displaced people as human shields in al-Rukban Camp located along the Syrian-Jordanian borders at al-Tanf area where US troops are positioned.

Sputnik quoted Awad as saying that “I think the problem of Rukban today is not to continue to give aid, it’s to really liquidate the situation and send people back to their homes”.
