General Authority for Palestinian Arab Refugees: UN should confront so-called “Caesar Act”

Damascus, SANA- Director of the General Authority for Palestinian Arab Refugees, Ali Mustafa, stressed that the United Nations and UNRWA should confront the so called “Caesar Act” and all unilateral coercive measures taken against Syria as they contradict all international laws and regulations and the conventions of the United Nations.

Mustafa , prior to his participation, from Damascus, in the meetings of the UNRWA Advisory Committee on Thursday, being virtually held in Amman, said in a statement to SANA, that he has demanded to allocate an a fair budget for the General Authority for Palestinian Arab Refugees in Syria.

He indicated that Syria deals with the Palestinian refugee as a Syrian citizen, while the current circumstances imposed more needs to provide financial and food needs in light of the hard conditions imposed by the terrorist war on Syria and the economic measures imposed on it.

Mustafa pointed out that what had been provided by Syria to the Palestinian refugees has not been provided by any country in the world.
