Temperatures around average, fog expected over the mountains

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain around average as the country is affected by a high air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be generally clear with some scattered clouds during the day, while at night the weather will be wet and cold, warning against fog over the mountains, the inland regions, al-Qalamoun and Eastern Ghouta.

The wind will be northwesterly in the eastern regions and al-Jazeera with a moderate speed while it will be of changeable direction and a low speed in other regions, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 9/19, Daraa 9/20, Homs 7/20, Hama 8/20, Hasaka 8/18, Tartous 14/22, Idleb, Deir Ezzor 10/21
