Temperatures around average, pleasant weather in general

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will be around average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by a high air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorology Department, in its Thursday bulletin expected that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general with a little chance for showers over the coastal region, and the weather will be relatively hot and misty in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badia.

The wind will be southwesterly in the coastal and southern regions, while it will be westerly to northwesterly in the other regions with a low to moderate speed and active gusts in the inland region, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.

The expected temperatures in some major cities will be as follows: Damascus 36/21, Daraa 35/19, Homs 32/21, Hasaka 40/24, Tartous 31/21, Aleppo 37/22, Deir Ezzor 40/26.
