Egypt condemns Ben Gvir’s storming of al-Aqsa Mosque

Cairo, SANA- The Arab Republic of Egypt has condemned storming al-Aqsa Mosque by Minister of National Security at the Israeli occupation government, Itamar Ben Gvir’s along with a group of Israeli settlers.

Wafa Agency quoted the Egyptian Foreign Ministry as confirming in a statement that the successive occupation incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque, aiming to Judaize it, will not change the existing legal and historical situation, in which Al-Aqsa is considered a purely Islamic endowment.

The Foreign Ministry called on the occupation to immediately stop its escalatory practices that lead to fueling tension in the occupied Palestinian territories.
