Syrian swimmer wins gold medal at Arab Championship in Emirates

Abu Dhabi, SANA-Syrian national swimming team player Anana Suleiman obtained gold medal in the 800-meter freestyle race in Arab Championship held in Emirati capital, Abu Dhabi.

She won the gold medal after recording a time of 9.13.91 minutes, which is a new Syrian record for this race , noting that thae previous swimming time, named with Bayan Jumaa, was 9.27.32 minutes.

Syrian swimmers team participated in the championship, including in addition to swimmer Anana Suleiman, Omar Abbas, Ayman Kalzia, Osama Trabelsi, Laith Lakmoush, and Leen Ayyash.
