Riyadh, SANA- Equestrians of the Syrian national team came in the third place in the 2023 Horseback Archery World Cup, which concluded its competitions on Monday in the city of Al-Ula, Saudi Arabia.
Equestrians of al-Shurta Club represented the Syrian national team in a strong, fiercely competitive tournament with the teams of Canada, Indonesia, Turkey, America, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Mongolia and Thailand.
The Syrian national team was represented by equestrians Ahmed Fares, Walid Khawajkieh and Shorouq al-Masri, led by equestrian Col. Mahmoud al-Masri.
