Sharjah, SANA- Syrian al-Thawra Basketball Club team will start Saturday its journey at the7th edition of the Arab Women Sports Tournament (AWST 2024), held in Sharjah, facing the UAE’s Sharjah team.
Seven countries are scheduled to participate in the basketball competitions in the tournament: Jordan, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the UAE, and Syria.
The basketball games are scheduled thrice daily, starting at 11 AM, with subsequent matches at 1 PM and 3 PM
The top two teams will advance to the final match, while teams finishing third and fourth will have the chance to compete for the bronze medal on the final day, February 12.
