President al-Assad issues law exempting fines and compensations from irrigation fees, State property occupancy and agricultural land reclamation

Damascus, SANA-President Bashar al-Assad issued on Saturday law No. (4) of 2024, which grants exemptions from fines and compensations of fees of irrigation, state property occupancy, agricultural land reclamation for those who pay the due fees during one year.
