Spain’s Jose Lana is the new manager of Syrian Football team

Damascus, SANA- Syrian Football Federation announced on Thursday that it signed a contract with Spanish Jose Lana as new coach of the Syrian Football team.

Jose Lana (Spain, 49) is a football coach, formerly was Spain U17 national team’s manager.

Former manager of Syrian football team Héctor Cúper has resigned after it failed to lead the Syrian team into the 3^rd round of World Cup.
