Aid convoy of 5600 food packages delivered to Aleppo countryside

Aleppo, SANA – Sponsored by the Syrian Government, Aleppo governorate, in cooperation with World Food Program(WFP) and the Syrian Arab Red Crescent branch (SARC) delivered Tuesday a convoy of humanitarian aid to the northern and western countryside of Aleppo.

Aleppo governor Mohammad Wahid Akkad told SANA that the convoy consists of 7 trucks loaded with 5600 food packages, each one weighs 40 kg.

The governor said that the convoy is sent to the citizens of Nubol, al-Zahra’a, Afreen, Azaz and Uram towns, pointing out that it is the eight one sent to Aleppo countryside during the short past time.
