Syrian Association for Social Development inaugurates AMAN center in Hama

Hama, SANA –Syrian Association for Social Development, in cooperation with United Nations Population Fund (UNDP), opened on Sunday Aman center in Hama to enable women in society.

The center offers psychological, legal and health consultations about managing and dealing with gender-based violence cases, in addition to implementing various activities and programs to support women socially, psychologically and financially.

Coordinator of the Association Hama Alya Wardeh told SANA that AMAN center is the third of its kind in Syria following Aleppo and Homs, adding that it aims at enhancing the role of women and enabling them in various aspects of life and spreading awareness about reproduction health and family planning.
