12 civilians, children among them, injured in terrorist rocket attacks in Daraa and Homs

Provinces, SANA- Five children were injured due to a rocket shell fired by Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists on al-Mattar neighborhood in Daraa City.

SANA’s reporter said that Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists positioned in Daraa al-Balad area on Friday targeted al-Mattar neighborhood with a rocket shell which fell in the surroundings of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) center in the area, injuring five children (2 to 10 years of age).

A source at SARC’s center told SANA reporter that the shell fell nearby the center where a group of children were playing, causing the injury of five of them, one of whom is in critical condition, adding that other children received needed medical care before being transported to the National Hospital of Daraa.

Seven civilians injured in terrorist rocket attack in Homs

Seven civilians were injured due to a terrorist rocket attack on Homs city.

SANA’s reporter in Homs said that terrorists positioned in a number of towns and villages to the north of Homs city fired two rocket shells, injuring seven civilians.

According to the reporter, the shells hit Jub al-Jandali and al-Abbasyia neighborhoods in Homs city.
