Kualampur, SANA, The Syrian national football team defeated its Malaysian counterpart three to nil on Wednesday in a friendly match held in Malaysia within the FIFA days.
The Malaysian team defeated the Syrian team in 1978 by 5-2 and by 4-1 in 2009 while the Syrians defeated Malaysians in 1986 by 1-0.
The national team will also play another friendly match Saturday November 15th with the Indonesian team in Jakarta.
