President al-Assad issues decree on increasing civilian and military employees’ salaries by SYP 20 thousand

Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad on Thursday issued the legislative decree no. 23 for the year 2019 which stipulates for increasing the salaries of the civilian and military employees by SYP 20,000 after adding the livelihood compensation granted to the categories which benefit from the provisions of legislative decree No. 7 for the year 2017 and the provisions of the legislative decree No. 13 for the year 2016 to salaries and wages as a part of them.
