Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain around average or slightly higher as the country is affected by a weak low air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be generally clear to partly cloudy with a little opportunity of showers over different areas across the country while at night, the weather will be relatively cold over the mountains, warning of fog in some inland areas.
The wind will be of changeable direction to northeasterly with a low speed, while the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 12/20, Daraa 12/22, Homs 12/23, Tartous 18/26, Hasaka 11/20, Aleppo 10/22, Deir Ezzor 12/23.
