3.1 magnitude earthquake hits west of Aleppo

Damascus, SANA- An earthquake estimated at 3.1degrees on the Richter scale on Friday hit west of Aleppo city, on the Syrian-Turkish border.

In a statement, the National Center for Earthquakes said that an earthquake estimated at 3.1 degrees on the Richter scale, took place at a depth of 17.8 km at 1:53 a.m. on the Syrian-Turkish border, and at a distance of 88 km west of Aleppo city.
