Damascus, SANA-Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Louai Imad al-Din al-Munajjid discussed Tuesday with Iranian ambassador in Damascus, Hussein Akbari cooperation between Syria and Iran and ways to develop them in a number of fields, particularly charitable civil work.
Al-Munajjid stressed the importance of the distinguished historical relations binding the two countries in various fields, indicating the importance of benefiting from the distinguished Iranian experience, which framed civil charitable work in an economic nature.
The minister stressed the importance of accelerating the preparation MoU to ensure overcoming all difficulties facing the implementation of joint projects between the two countries.
In turn, Ambassador Akbari affirmed the desire of the Iranian side to raise the level of economic relations between the two countries and develop them to reach the level of political relations.
