Russian forces down 5 warplanes, 31 drones of Kiev forces

Moscow, SANA- Russian Defense Ministry announced that the army downed 5 warplanes, 31 drones for Kiev forces and killed nearly 580 Ukrainian soldiers.

RT quoted the Ministry as saying in its daily report on the special operation in Donbass that Russian Air Defense destroyed / Su- 27/ and Mig-29 warplanes in Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk, and two others of / Su-25 in Dnipropetrovsk and Kherson.

The Russian forces also successfully repelled Kiev forces on the axes of Kupiansk and Zaporozhye and a depot of the 127^th territorial defense brigades near Donetsk, The Russian Defense Ministry said.

It added that the Russian air forces intercepted 11 HIMARS missiles and two US-made JDAM bombs.
