Idleb, SANA – Upon the directives of President Bashar al-Assad, Chief of the General Staff of the Army and Armed Forces, Gen. Ali Abdullah Ayoub, inspected army units in al-Mastouma and surrounding areas in Idleb countryside on Sunday.
Ayoub, accompanied by officers from the General Command, inspected the status of the soldiers in these units, lauding their high morale and praising them for the sacrifices they make and the heroic acts they perform in combating terrorists.
The Chief of General Staff provided commanding officers with instructions, stressing the need to maintain high readiness to carry out the tasks entrusted to the army in fighting terrorism.
