Sweida, SANA- A civilian was killed in a terrorist attack on the road of Kanaker village, 7 km to the southwest of Sweida city.
A source at Sweida Police Command told SANA Tuesday that a terrorist group infiltrated into the surrounding of the juice factory on the road of Kanaker village last night, and opened fire on a car while passing through the road.
The source added that a civilian was killed in the attack and his son sustained serious injuries and he was rushed to the intensive care unit at Sweida National Hospital for medical treatment.
Authorities in the province are combing the area, according to the source.
On March 21, two civilians were killed as terrorists launched attacks against the villages of Bikka and Zaybin in the southwestern countryside of Sweida.
