Syrian ambassador in Lebanon, Lebanese official discuss situation in Syria and region

Beirut, SANA – Syria’s Ambassador in Lebanon Ali Abdul-Karim on Tuesday discussed with deputy President of the Islamic Shiite Supreme Council, Sheikh Abdul Amir Qabalan, the situation in Syria and the region.

Abdul-karim said all countries started to sense the danger and repercussions of terrorism, especially those which have been sponsoring, funding and supporting terrorist groups.

He added that Syria will be more immune to terrorism in the future and the situation in Lebanon will be just fine, stressing that integration between Syria and Lebanon is an issue of mutual interest and it meets the needs of the two friendly peoples.
