Syria’s national football team beats Afghanistan team 5-2 within joint qualifications of World and Asia cup finals

Muscat, SANA-Syria’s national football team beat Afghan team  5-2 in the match held in Muscat on Tuesday within the fourth round of the joint qualifications for World Cup in Russia 2018 and Asia Cup in UAE in 2019.

With this result, Syria came first of the 5th group with 12 points, Japan is second with 10 points, Singapore came third with 10 points,  Afghanistan fourth and Cambodia in the bottom.

Osama Omari scored for Syria three goals, and his colleague Mahmoud al-Mawas scored the other two goals.
