Food packages distributed to displaced families in Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor, SANA-The Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) branch in Deir Ezzor started on Tuesday the distribution of food packages to the displaced families in Deir Ezzor Province.

Head of distribution section in SARC branch Abed al-Nasser Matar told SANA reporter that 922 food packages will be distributed to the displaced families from al-Sheikh Yasin and al-Arfi neighborhoods.

Each package weighs 29 kg and contains basic food substances such as sugar, lentil, tomato paste, oil and rice.

On February, the SARC branch in Deir Ezzor distributed 2870 food packages to the displaced families from al-Rushdia, Kanamat and Cinema Fouad neighborhoods.
