Al-Baath University team wins Central Universities Indoor Football Championship

Homs, SANA – The team of Homs-based al-Baath University won the title of the Central Universities Indoor Football Championship, which kicked off last Sunday in the central Homs province.

It beat Lattakia-based Tishreen University team 8-4 in the final game within the championship.

The championship brought together 18 teams from public and private universities and institutes, including those of Damascus, al-Baath, Tishreen, Daraa, Sweida, Idleb, Hama, Ebla, al-Hawash, Qassioun, al-Rasheed, al-Wataniya and Ittihad.
