Russian food aid distributed among displaced families in Shahba city, Sweida

Sweida, SANA – Food aid provided by Russia was distributed on Wednesday among displaced families who are currently residing in the makeshift housing center in Shahba city in the southern province of Sweida after they fled from their areas due to the acts of terrorist organizations.

Representative of the Russian Coordination Center in Hmeimim Airbase Sergey Ivanov said that the Russian aid aims at alleviating the Syrians’ suffering due to the current crisis.

For their part, the families expressed their thanks and appreciation to the Russian people for their support.
