Damascus, SANA- Information Ministry dismissed as ” false” the news published on its website on November, 28, 2016, stressing that its website had been exposed to an electronic piracy and hackers published false news that hurt the Syrian State and leadership on the Ministry’s website.

A source at the Ministry told SANA Monday that the news published are completely “baseless and the process of hacking and piracy came in the framework of the media and propaganda war hatched against Syria and a flagrant attempt to broadcast false news and distort facts.”

According to the source, the technical cadres regained control of the website.
