Damascus, SANA- Grand Mufti of the Republic Ahmad Badreddin Hassoun affirmed on Monday the importance of enhancing the ties between Syrian expatriates and the homeland and their contribution to the reconstruction process.

Meeting a delegation from the Syrian community in Kuwait, Hassoun pointed out to the need for bringing up sons of the expatriates who are taught to keep strong relations with their Motherland.

For their part, members of the delegation affirmed that they have ideas for a number of developmental, investment projects, especially for the families of the martyrs.
