Russia calls for uniting world efforts to confront terrorists

Beijing, SANA_ Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu on Monday renewed Russia’ call for uniting  efforts of the international community as a whole to meet the challenges of terrorists and their extremist ideas .

“The Russian Defense Ministry has gained extensive experience in the fight against terrorism and we are ready to share it with our partners in the Asia-Pacific region,” Shoigu said in his speech at the Beijing Xiangshan Forum.

Several days ago, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that “combating terrorism should not be politicized to achieve special goals as mechanisms must be found to fight it globally”.
