Damascus Charities Union launches humanitarian appeal to lift Western blockade of Syria

Damascus, SANA- Damascus Charities Union launched a humanitarian appeal to lift the Western blockade of Syria, during a press conference on Thursday.

SANA reporter said that the Charities Union in Damascus has launched a humanitarian appeal for lifting the western siege of Syria during a press conference.

The reporter added that 550 charities in Damascus and its countryside called on the international community to end unilateral and coercive sanctions against Syria in order to deliver assistance to those affected by the earthquake.
