23 trucks loaded with humanitarian aid enter al-Muadamiyeh city

Damascus, SANA-Supervised by the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC), a new humanitarian aid convoy entered to the families of al-Muadamiyeh city in Damascus Countryside.
The aid is provided by the World Food Program (WFP), the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) and the World Health Organization (WHO).

For his part, Head of al- Muadamiyeh City Council, Bassam Karbouj said that the convoy consists of 23 trucks that include hundreds of food packages, relief substances and children’s stuff that will be distributed to the families inside the city of al-Muadamiyeh.

He added that the Syrian government is keen to deliver humanitarian aid to all areas without exception.
