A new batch of food aid arrives in Hasaka province

Hasaka, SANA- A new batch of food aid on Thursday arrived in Qamishli International Airport through the air bridge which transports aid provided by the World Food program “WFP” to Hasaka via Damascus International Airport.

Director of the WFP in Qamishli Afra Nouh told SANA that the flight no. 151 which arrived today in Qamishli Airport carries onboard 930 packages of food material, 930 bags of rice and 558 packages of vegetable oil.

Nouh indicated that during the current week, relief and food materials have been delivered through the flights 148, 149 and 150 .

Sending relief materials to Hasaka province through the air bridge started on July 9th.
